Radio Rooms aims at representing Rooms of Kairos’s multifaceted character, interests, and aspirations.
While adopting classic formats of radio, we want to place ourselves as far as possible from superficial information, damn gossip and commercial entertainment, in a territory that values authentic human presence and exchange.
Semi-experimental, the whole is conceived and curated for a profound experience to happen both on the creators’ and listeners’ sides, for it to emerge through the radio matter.
4+ hours of deep listening, deep thinking and deep feeling. 4+ shows equipped with meaningful conversations, honest revelations, electrifying compositions and selections.

PART I - INTERSECTION #0 - Zero / Void / Absence
Letizia Trussi and Amedeo Cappelletti design an original form of narration, planning to develop a parallel radio-reality episode after episode, layer after layer. The story naturally originates from the blank, vibrant, empty space that precedes the birth of any universe. The episode investigates the concept of void, the state of absence, the paradox of number zero, and much more by shifting across history of arts and music, anthropology, modern physics, western and eastern philosophies or disciplines.

PART II - MIXROOM - w/ Saramé
Since March 2020, Saramé aka Sarah Kranz has been a stable part of Rooms of Kairos’s project with her own sound studio, as well as a fundamental personality of the collective. Researching around the alchemic properties of music, she conceives sound as a substance and she moulds her mind-expanding acoustic messages by weaving together industrial matters and hypnotic liquids, looping signals, cosmic oils, and dub spices. Taking inspiration from the theme of Intersection #0 - Zero / Void / Absence, with this mix, she expands into one hour of deep ambient electronics, dark and intense, yet uplifting and inspiring, attentive and full of narrative intention.

PART III - ROOMOURS #0
Participative radio experiments based on simple sets of rules
° Memory Soundtrack - w/ Rob Doyle and Kieran Leonard
Memory Soundtrack hosts an unleashed back-to-back conversation between a pair of good friends. The two are invited to share with each other old stories of special significance - relevant memories, each one characterized by the fact of being inextricably related to a specific music track or sound material.
The first episode sees the participation of Rob Doyle (acclaimed author of the novels Here are the young men, This is the ritual, and Threshold) and Kieran Leonard (alias Saint Leonard, musician, singer and songwriter - Out Of Work Astronaut, Good Luck Everybody - as well as author of the upcoming book A Muse).
° Windows - Ambienti Rumoristi by HRNR / Music for Plants by Hanna Maria / No List by Elle
This section of Roomours presents three sound files by three applicants or invited guests. Any possible source of music, sound, word, or noise is welcome, edited or unedited, pure or mixed, in high or low quality. This space is intended for everybody to freely participate in our radio world, to reflect on a fragment of sound reality, and to frame it for the community to experience it.

PART IV - LIVEROOM - w/ LeCiel
With this first episode of LiveRoom, we are excited to introduce you to yet another inspiring personality joining Rooms of Kairos.
LeCiel is a spoken word, hip-hop, soul, electronic artist and producer. She combines a multitude of genres and voices, all embodied in one fierce character and unmistakable sound.
Her journey traverses Saint Louis, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Berlin - these are the cities that mark her evolution as a musician (from life experiences, more than just music influences - chapters written, not only read).
Her tracks are soulful and hopping, the atmospheres eerie and haunting, her messages fuelled with intentionality, and the entirety built upon energising electronic beats.
This live set will give you a first good taste of her upcoming EPs The Art Of Practice (a title that tells a lot about her resolution) and Jehoshaphat Effect.
Most of all, you will have the chance to experience some spiritually soulful and empowering music.
